Local Collection
Collection is available by appointment only within South East London, including Lewisham and surrounding areas.
Once your order is ready, you will be invited to arrange a suitable collection time. Exact location details are shared privately following confirmation.
White-Glove Delivery
Our White-Glove Delivery is a scheduled, hand-delivered service, designed to ensure your order arrives exactly as intended.
Deliveries are carried out on a designated delivery day each week, within a confirmed time window. You will receive a reminder and live updates on the day of delivery.
Delivery Availability
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
If a delivery is unable to be completed due to unavailability, it will be gently rescheduled for the next available delivery date. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Service Timing
Collection and delivery are arranged once orders are fully prepared. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to schedule.
